Service requests
Submitting a request starts a conversation. It does not create a scheduled appointment or a quoted price. Scope, access, and next steps are discussed before any work is scheduled.
Property authorization
By submitting a request you confirm that you own the property or have permission from the owner to request work at the address provided.
Outcomes
Live rescue and relocation are our goal, but not every colony can be saved. Access, structural conditions, and safety affect what is possible, and we explain those factors before work begins.
Store orders
Product availability, price, and harvest details may change between seasons. Shipping and return terms are described in the shipping and return policies.
