Shipping Policy

Orders are packed as quickly as our removal schedule allows. Honey and honeycomb are glass and wax products, so each order is wrapped by hand before it leaves.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order. Rates are configured in the store and shown before payment is submitted.

Local pickup is not offered at this time. If that changes, it will appear as an option during checkout.

If a jar arrives broken or a shipment does not arrive, email steven@savethebees.com with your order number and a photo of the packaging so we can make it right.

Do not feed honey to infants under 12 months of age.
